<p><strong>FREE SHIPPING & TRACKING</strong></p>
<p>We are proud to offer <strong>Free Shipping on all orders</strong>. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link. This tracking information serves as confirmation that your order is in transit.</p>
<p><strong>ORDER PROCESSING</strong></p>
<p>Orders are typically processed within <strong>1–2 business days</strong>, excluding weekends and holidays. We strive to dispatch items as quickly as possible. By placing an order with AllerClear™, customers acknowledge and accept the shipping terms outlined in this policy.</p>
<p><strong>INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS</strong></p>
<p>We ship worldwide. While shipping is free, please note that international delivery times depend on destination and local customs processing.</p>
<p><strong>Important:</strong> Customs delays, inspections, duties, VAT, or taxes imposed by your local government are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These fees do not qualify for refunds, returns, or chargebacks. If you refuse a package due to customs fees, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.</p>
<p><strong>ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS</strong></p>
<p>Our fulfillment system is automated to ensure speed. Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted within <strong>12 hours</strong> of purchase. Once processing or shipping has begun, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. Shipped orders cannot be canceled but can be returned after delivery (see our Refund Policy).</p>
<p><strong>MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS</strong></p>
<p>If your item arrives damaged, claims must be reported within <strong>14 days</strong> of delivery with supporting documentation (photos of the product and packaging). Packaging damage alone (dented box) does not qualify for a replacement if the product inside is intact.</p>
<p><strong>LOST PACKAGES (DELIVERED STATUS)</strong></p>
<p>If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it:</p>
<ul>
<li>Check with neighbors or your building manager.</li>
<li>File a claim directly with the carrier.</li>
</ul>
<p>Once the carrier marks the package as "Delivered," responsibility transfers to the recipient. AllerClear™ is not liable for packages stolen or lost after confirmed delivery. Claims submitted to us after 7 days from the delivery date are not eligible for investigation.</p>
